The original of this work, published in 1969 by the Delegation of Culture of the City Council of Málaga under introduction, version and notes by Rafael León and Alfonso Canales, Doctors in Law, and with a preliminary note by Alfonso G. Barbancho, Dean of the Faculty of Political Sciences, Economics and Commerce of Málaga, is deposited in the Municipal Archives of Málaga.

This edition, of which 700 non-venal copies have been published, has the prologues of the Dean of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Málaga, Manuel Camas Jimena and the Deans Emeritus Nielson Sánchez Stewart, José María Davó Fernández and Fernando García Guerrero-Strachan.
