This initiative is geared towards the recovery of building meant to the public use and benefit, supplying urban furniture and decorative and aesthetic elements. It was led by the painter and sculptor Bárbara Sheehy. Other artists were involved too, such as Mónica Castell, Rafael Fernández, Nikaren Gallardo, Mauricio Godoy, Francisco Ortiz, Inés Sanz…

This activity aims to be the seed of a course program (stone and wood-carving, cloth decorate techniques, contemporary ceramic or cork artistic work), which will be taught in this village, Valle del Genal. Thanks to this proposal, a channel of expression for the artist is created. It also means a complementary field of activity to rural tourism: artisan learning.
