An anthology of the poems most related to Málaga by Vicente Aleixandre took from his book 'Sombra del paraíso'

“Poemas paradisíacos” is a facsimile edition, non-venal, of a book that Vicente Aleixandre published in 1952 in Málaga as part of the collection “El Arroyo de los Ángeles”, run by his great friend Bernabé Fernández-Canivell, who Vicente Aleixandre himself called “printer of the paradise”.

Fundación Málaga, in collaboration with the San Telmo School of Arts, publish this anthology of the poems most related to Málaga by Vicente Aleixandre, made by the author himself. These poems were took from his book “Sombra del paraíso” published in 1944. The publication has been coordinate by José Infante.

José Infante had a copy of the first edition of this book signed by the author himself and gave it into the San Telmo School of Arts and Fundación Málaga in order to make a second edition.
Both institutions wanted to celebrate the fortieth anniversary, in October 2017, of the award of the Nobel Prize for Literature to the poet Vicente Aleixandre.
